I disagreePlease add a field for description on the inbound rules (50 Characters).
For example: we have two emergency numbers, one for the technical department, one for the software department.
Now I don't always remember which DID goes to which emergency-service of our departments.
A little description possibility, visible on the overview of inbound rules would be very useful!

I disagreeLike at all other points where Prompts are selectable and recordable, add this function also to the VM-Configuration within MyPhone and the Admin-Console.
So a user could select and record the Voice-Mail prompt directly from MyPhone and the Admin could do this from the console.

I disagreeAllow user to decide if they want to see listed by group or not by group - then by extension, first name, or last name.
Right now I can only do extension, first name, or last name.
Some users love the groupings, others hate it.

I disagreeI recently upgraded from V9 to V10 and found the outlook integration in V10 to be less practical than V9. In V9 the popup windows would stay open until the call was ended and then close automatically. Also in V9 all the members of the call queue would get the popup but when a call was answered by one member of the queue, the popup closed automatically with all members except the member that had answered the call. I disagreeIt would be great if you could sort all the main lists by the column name - ie When we need to update someone's extension often they tell you their name not the extension number - so should be able to click on the column header to get the list in A-Z order as opposed to Extension order

I disagreeIt would be very helpful to see a graph of active calls over time so you know when you are getting close to your license limit.

I disagreewithin the forwarding Rules for Busy it is possible to set different Call-Handling for Internal and External Calls and also there is the option for "Allow Multiple Calls", but this option is only settable once. I miss the option "Allow Multiple Calls" in the Call-Handling setting for Internal Calls for differencing this option between internal and external calls. I miss the option "Allow Multiple Calls" in the Call-Handling setting for Internal Calls for differencing this option between internal and external calls. Without it is not possible to allow an internal-extension to call or transfer a call to a busy phone, where direct external-calls are routed to a different target.

I disagreeAbility for Admin to see who has and who has not setup Voice Mail Name and Voice Mail Greeting.
Without the Name/Self ID set up - Dial by Name does not work.

I disagreeAllow Administrator to restrict visibility of "Preferences -> Dialing" in MyPhone per user.
Users are getting keen on this and changing the IP Address for "Trigger Call" to make crank calls from other users. This would also require ability of Administrator to set this up within the Extension Details per user in Management.

I disagreeThe phones have ability to disable the intercom function. The problem is it is still available in MyPhone and people think it is broken.

I disagreehi, if i have 4 outbound rules (rule1,rule2,rule3,rule4)
the 3cx select rule2 for my outgoing call, try to use the his 3 subrules; if all of this subrules fails,
3cx not try other rules (like rule3 or rule4) and fail the call.

I disagreeLots of our customers have phone numbers in outlook that have extension numbers in the same line as the phone number e.g.:
xxx-xxx-xxxx x221
When dialing from the 3cx/outlook integration these numbers fail. It would be nice if 3CX would either strip the X and extension umber when dialing or even better support a wait for pickup and dial the extension like the Blackberry does when dialing these numbers.

I disagreeIt's nice that we can do global edits for extension settings - however one of the most useful ones for me is not available - the ability to enable the setting - I WANT TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT MORE THAN 1 CALL AT THE SAME TIME.
Alternatively, if this could be incorporated into the spreadsheet import I would be happy because I always use the spreadsheet and I only need this feature at the time of new system install.

I disagreeCurrently the iPhone app has G722, but not the other two apps. Couldn't a remote user (using the tunnel or similar) connect to a 3CX system and gain the right to use G722 from the PBX license?

I disagreeThe personal identification message should play regardless of whether or not multiple users are available. At least the option.
If a user only sets up their personal identification message but no voicemail greeting, there is no way for a caller to know whether or not the extension they selected is the correct one. Adding the option for a "Calling xxx xxxx" prompt would be very nice.

I can do this by allowing dial out of voice mail but that allows any voice mail user to make long distance from anywhere on my dime. I've tried limiting with outbound rules but the VM call acts as the extension itself. Maybe an option on the outbound ...more »

I disagreeOption to automatically log an extension out of a queue if a queue call to the extension is not answered. Often users at an extension don't log themselves out of the queue at the end of the day, lunch etc and then calls inappropriately go to these extensions. Option could allow for an email to be sent to a manager when an extension is automatically logged out.

I disagreeWhen calling an internal extension and it is engaged/busy, an automatic ringback/call back function can be selected. When the extension becomes free, a call is automatically placed to the internal caller from this extension.

I disagreePlease add a report about User (Agent) time, that this user spend on it's profiles. I mean this report
Extension 200
Available - 3 hr. 30 min.
Away - 2 hr 10 min.
Out of office - 12 hr.

When the user is redirect the voice mail recording plays and gives you the option on how to record, save, edit, etc for an user. Also it gives the caller the option to call for help towards the operator!
So we can route this as a dummy extension or we could look at a global fix for all and for once :)

I disagreeOthers and I would like to see a more advanced phonebook in the 3CX Phone System with more option other than "Name", "Surname" and "Phone".
Like the availability for adding cell phone numbers, fax numbers rather than re-inserting each person under a slightly different name like "John Doe", "Fax", "Fax number"…
